I believe that's exactly how they'll try to do it--thru the IRS, wage garnishment, tax penalties, freezing bank accounts, bench warrants, or God knows what else. Death by 1000 cuts. They know that if they try the "kinetic option," they'll have their rear ends absolutely handed to them.

Obama to Use Executive Order on Gun Control
