You don't get what I wrote. Its okay, we know not everyone reads with understanding and just prefers to accept misinformation. "she hoped they would be eliminated with the help of her organization". She never said this and she was often misinterpreted. However, this does not excuse her from being noted as a racist for other statements. I stand comfortably by what I said. Without Sanger, women's rights would have been on hold for a lot longer. I don't think Giles said the right thing. Thank you for your opinion.
The author is simply wrong about her interpretation and connections of Margaret Sanger. She was against eugenics but the author implies she was for it. She was also against abortion but it is never mentioned by the author. Sanger helped place "Birth Control" clinics in not only the U.S. but other countries... and now in just minority areas. She was still a great woman who accomplished great things in her life aside from what might be considered a few errors. Now others have taken over to continue and improve upon her work. Please don't lie about who she was though. The American public isn't that stupid.
