The State, (FedGov) places the Burden of Proof on the individual citizen, to provide solid evidence, that they do not intend to slaughter children with the firearm guaranteed to belong to that individual, by the document the FedGov is (supposed to be) founded on. Democrats & RINO's = Oath-breakers and traitors to the freedom of U.S. citizens.

Absolutely right. The state (in whatever level) does not have the right to even ask if you are competent to own one or even if you want one. It's none of their business. What is their business is to catch persons who have committed violence against others and punish them. Something they have failed to do properly for decades.
