I have no problem with private sector unions as the free market system will take care of them one way or the other. What I have a problem with is public sector unions, ie, GOVERNMENT WORKER UNIONS!! These are the shysters that take us to the cleaners through politicians who are all too willing to give them anything they want just to keep them voting for them, taxpayer be d a m n e d! Even FDR was AGAINST PUBLIC SECTOR UNIONS and from what I see now, he was correct on that one!

Indiana Union Claims Right-to-Work Laws Violate Union Speech

Attornies for the International Union of Operating Engineers argued in an Indiana Court yesterday that the states right to work laws violate the free speech of unions. Their reasoning? If dues are voluntary, the union could get less money, stifling its ability to pay for political speech. Of course, if everyone who was required to give part of their wages to the union approved of the political message that the union promulgated, then right to work laws wouldn't pose a threat, right?
