I took a pro-evolution, pro-climate change Oceanography course at a local college last summer. According to the text book it takes 40 data points to give a general prediction about tomoroow's tides in a simple inlet, and 100 data points to give a specific prediction. A different chapter on ocean waves says scientist in computer modeling include only pertinent data in computer models. Who decides?

I also happen to live in Florida. We have hurricanes. We see the following example EVERY YEAR on TV. If you take the same data points and plug them into 3 different computer models THEY CANNOT AGREE WHERE THE STORM WILL BE TOMORROW! Are you really going to take computer models and tell me what the planet will be like 50 years...

...and at the heart of gratitude is humility. We have already been given so much by the benevolent hand of God. Yet in our arrogance, with an entitlement spirit, we are in the process of throwing it all away. So sad.

"Mary & Joseph were not poor, they just couldn't find a room in a hotel because of the crowds that came to the city to pay TAXES to the King!"

Actually, there is other evidence which speaks to the contrary. When Mary and Joseph took Jesus to the Hebrew temple in Jerusalem to present him for his dedication they presented the required offering of birds. Under the Old Testament law that was the prescribed offering of the poor.

I'm just sayin'...
