In New Hampshire, the critical swing state where Mitt Romney first launched his general election campaign, the former governor is trailing the president by six points, according to RealClearPolitics.com.

Obama won the state of New Hampshire in 2008 by nine points, with 54 percent of the vote to McCain’s 45 percent. The latest polls show him with a comfortable lead in this election as well.

Former New Hampshire governor and Romney adviser John Sununu, however, criticized one survey in particular conducted by WMUR/University of New Hampshire, which shows Obama ahead by 15 points,
