How can you not have to show proof of citizenship to register to vote? That is truely insane.

Personally I find the new law to be offensive and annoying.

Amy--- states have even offered to come out to the homes of those who--- for whatever reason-- cant get to a DMV to obtain a state photo id. SO there is no excuse- no reason - why people cant obtain some photo ID to vote---- or to buy Sudafed.

Sorry Linda-- but many illegals come across the border just to gvie birth. I'm sure you;ve heard the term before-- anchor baby. Once that child isborn here and has citizenship it becomes almost impossible to send the rest of the family-- illegally here--- packing back to Mexico (or where ever they come from). The 14 th amendment was not meant to give citizenship to children of illegals.
