Out of curiosity, how many TH'ers here understand that the issue ISN'T getting rid of the filibuster, but making sure it's implemented as originally intended, ie, if you say you're going to filibuster, you must actually get up and filibuster - talk until time runs out. Many Republicans seem to think it's the end of the filibuster altogether. Wonder where they got that idea? Fox? Rushbo? Glenn Beck? Alan West?
