They drop put of school at horrendous rates as often as the blacks. As Ann notes, a majority of their births are illegitimate. They predominate in social pathologies-- gangs, serious crimes, populating prisons Where is unemployment the highest? Among the unskilled and low-skilled-- typically blacks, LEGAL Hispanics, and teens.
