In response to:

Obama AWOL during Benghazi Attack

One of the things that fascinates me to no end is the ObaMessiah's supposed personal approval rating...I have ALWAYS found him supercilious/arrogant, narcissistic, condescending, and petulant/peevish...I cite the times he has snarled at Republicans on occasions of alleged bipartisan efforts--> "I won! Elections have consequences!" And his much-vaunted intellect seems likely to be largely an AA packaged myth. Why do I say the latter? There are simply too many screw-ups even though almost all he says is prescribed on the teleprompter for him-- right down to his answers at RARE so-called pressers. When he takes a FEW questions from pre-scheduled friendly, fawning questioners, he hesitates and waits for his handlers to prepare an answer.

Hello. I believe that narcissism is the basis. A short description, and a good article: Narcissistic Personality Disorder involves arrogant behavior, a lack of empathy for other people, and a need for admiration-all of which must be consistently evident at work and in relationships. People who are narcissistic are frequently described as cocky, self-centered, manipulative, and demanding. Narcissists may concentrate on unlikely personal outcomes (e.g., fame) and may be convinced that they deserve special treatment. Narcissistic personality disorder is not harmless behavior

Obama: "It's very rare that I come to an event where I'm like the fifth or sixth most interesting person."

Obama: "This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow."
Obama: "I have become a symbol of the possibility of America returning to our best traditions."
Obama: "I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any President-with the possible exceptions of Johnson, FDR, and Lincoln."

Obama: "I got great confidence in my ability to sway the American people."
Obama: "I like being President, and it turns out I'm pretty good at it."
Obama: "My greatest strength, I think, is the ability to bring people together from different perspectives." This quote is neurotic, verging on the psychotic.

The ObaMessiah embodies what happens when the chattering class fourth estate media TOTALLY abdicates its responsibility to inform the public via a vigorous challenge and debate about public policy.

I am just past 60...never in my life have I seen so much of the fawning media go so far in-the-tank for a pol...and he plays them, via the coaching/directing of his handlers, like a Stradivarius. He went about a year after the "Cambridge police acted stupidly" gaffe without holding a press conference...and all along, he takes only a few questions from carefully selected sycophants. His mistakes are myriad.

And yet, the media critics are silent/covering up. It is SHAMEFUL.

signs of narcissism--

Haughty body language
Bragging (subtly but persistently) and exaggerating achievements
Hypersensitivity to any insults or imagined insults (FOX News, Rush)
Flattery towards people who admire and affirm them
Claiming to be an "expert" at many things (faux law professor, constitutional scholar)
Inability to view the world from the perspective of other people
Denial of remorse and gratitude

Hmmm...

This is the price we pay for racial "equality".

All true!
Whenever I hear people reacting to the buzz about his qualifications and intentions, I ask them: Have you ever wondered why people are so quick to believe all the internet rumors about him? Could it be because he does not act like he is a loyal American citizen, but rather a "citizen of the world"? Could it be that he does not act like a Christian, but rather a poser, and Muslim apologist? Could it be that he surrounds himself with admitted Marxists and constantly denigrates the history and culture of America? Could it be that he has brought this country to the brink of economic destruction, outraging the people with his arrogant elitist behavior? Yes there is plenty of hate on both sides. When people's emotions are whipped up,

that is often the result. Apparently, there are more that are influenced by the demagogy of the left
than the right. So I will resign myself to surviving the "fundamental change" that this man and his useful idiots continue to foist upon this country. And as Reagan famously said: "one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children what it was once like in the United States where men were free..."

When he ran for President, who vouched for him? Nobody! Who was he going to get? Wright? Davis? Dorn? Ayers? Khalidi? Mansour? Jarred? He tried his best to hide or minimize those associations. The only people who vouched for him were Democrat activists. They were the Trojan Horse our first America hating President used to sneak into the White House.

That's why they want our guns so bad.

President Barack Obama was nowhere to be found the long and fatal night of September 11, 2012 when Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were assassinated in an attack on the U.S. Mission Outpost in Benghazi, Libya.

Finally, five months after the terrorist assault, the American people and the families of those brave slain Americans find out that even though live video was being streamed back to Washington, even though requests for backup had been sent, the President left it to others...
