I'm still trying to wade through the Health Care Law. Sheesh....just the table of contents made me dizzy. I saw several items in it, however, that reminded me of the cheese on the trap for us little mice. Things that on the surface sound great, but have the giant trap of Federal dependency behind it. Example: The provision of insurance for single "children" up to the ripe old age of 26! Sounds good to parents of children who need insurance at that age, but it's a big trap. The insurance will be crappy, for one thing (run by Feds....need I say more?) And it pushes them into further dependence on the government.
Candidates running for election who love to use fear mongering and scare tactics to persuade voters are usually hiding their incompetency. This election cycle is no exception, and it has never been more apparent than when it comes to debating the issue of Medicare.
