How much is significantly more CO2? I was taught in 1969-70 that it was around 4.5% of the green house gases and absolutely necessary to sustain life. This was in a period of global cooling with the same nonsensical man caused it fallacy.

Last night, President Obama's Chair for Organizing for Action Jim Messina, sent supporters an email accusing anyone who doesn't believe in global warming of weairing a tin foil hat.
