To imply that there are union leaders willing to sit down to pragmatic negotiations is laughable. They are single-minded, one-sided, and laser focused on getting their way. They are like spoiled brats. They want members to go along with whatever they put before them. However, some members have strayed off the plantation when they had a chance to get behind a constitutionally protected voting booth. They have voted for their own rights and not for the one-sided opinions of the crooked leaders.

Killing the goose that lays the golden egg is one of those old fairy tales for children which has a heavy message that a lot of adults should listen to. The labor unions which have driven the makers of Twinkies into bankruptcy, potentially destroying 18,500 jobs, could have learned a lot from that old children's fairy tale.
