Mitt Romney: Born Again

"Romney made me forget he was, well, Romney." One thing we will never forget is that you are, well, Steve Deace. Many of us, including, I am absolutely sure, Mitt Romney, were praying for him to do well and we got a miracle. This is an extremely difficult environment our country is in for getting elected. It is difficult for anyone on the republican side with the unions, the terribly biased media, almost half of the country used to getting so much free, AND with people like you, supposedly on our side, beating on our candidate. Mitt Romney is doing extremely well. He will never please everyone and he knows he can't. Get on board and stop your snide posts and belly aching. We might just win this!

Matthew, I agree with you on all points. Additionally, I believe the republican party is a big tent and can welcome many people, particularly Mormons, who have been Very loyal members for a long time. If we don't do everything we can to defeat Obama, I fear we may never be able to elect another republican again because of what he will do to our country. And we will deserve what we get,
Romney and others who are in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are part of that 80% who consider themselves Christian, even if they are not the exact same Christian because of the Nicene Creed. When the far right evangelicals put their foot down and stop attacking Mormons, that will be a first step in the right direction.

The Church of Jesus Christ (Mormons) is not a made up religion. It is a restoration of Jesus Christ's original church. Check it out at mormon.org

Two possible reasons for maybe marrying a bit younger than others. One- they strongly believe in family and feel that marriage is a step of progression. Two- They don't believe in sex before marriage and most live that, so the men are motivated to get married younger. :-)

Thomas, You are wrong. Mormons DO believe that the Godhead consists of God the father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. What you don't agree with (Nicene Creed) is that they are 3 distinct and separate beings.
