When 40% of votes will be cast by early voting, the incidence of "in person" voting fraud becomes moot. Paragraph 1 of the September 14, 2012 article in the Baltimore Sun: "Wendy Rosen, the Democratic challenger to Republican Rep. Andy Harris in the 1st Congressional District, withdrew from the race Monday amid allegations that she voted in elections in both Maryland and Florida in 2006 and 2008."

As of yesterday, Patrick Moran was a field director for Democratic Rep. Jim Moran of Virginia, his father. Pat Moran was caught on tape by Project Vertias encouraging the use of fraudulent utility bills to vote under different names, even going so far as saying DNC attorney's would defend doctored and forged utility bills in order to get around Virginia's Voter I.D. law, so long as they looked legitimate.
