A culture that sends its women to roles we cannot possibly do as well as men due to differences in biology and to defend men is emasculating its men and abusing its women. This upends the natural order and is intended to create further chaos and havoc with the goal of weakening our military and society.

It is enough to make one weep, isn't it? It is so frustrating to see this bulldozer of an administration destroying the country, attacking on so many fronts, and to feel unable to stop it.

However, just read such an strengthening email from Mother Miriam of the Lamb reminding us that in these days we still do what we can by living our beliefs. She quotes Blessed Teresa of Calcutta at the end of this quote from the email:
" It is, and always will be, the enemy's ploy to have us think that one voice, one single action, one sacrifice, can make little difference against the powers of evil. I don't believe it. I prefer to embrace Mother Teresa's words who, at the end of her life (with over 4,000 sisters in over 30 countries) said, "All we have done is a drop in the ocean. But if we didn't do it, the drop wouldn't be there."

And this quote from the same email:
"I am reminded often of a well-known quote attributed to Edmund Burke, an Irish political philosopher of the 18th century: "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." Some think the quote was more a summary of Mr. Burke's teachings, adapted perhaps from his work, "Thoughts on the Cause of Present Discontents" in which he wrote: "When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fail one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle." On his way out the door as Defense Secretary, Leon Panetta has lifted the ban on women serving in combat roles on the front lines of our wars. More from AP:

Senior defense officials say Pentagon chief Leon Panetta is removing the military's ban on women serving in combat, opening hundreds of thousands of front-line positions and potentially elite commando jobs after more than a decade at war.

The groundbreaking move recommended by the Joint Chiefs of Staff overturns a 1994 rule banning women from being assigned to smaller ground combat units. Panetta's...
