This is an interesting analysis, though it offers no real solutions to the problems Europe is facing. Because they lack a true restraining constitution and because the cultures and, just as importantly, languages of the nations of Europe differ so greatly, the European Union is a failure of continental proportions. The solution is for the union to be dissolved and for each country to print its own money. When the nations of Europe regain their sovereignty, the governments will be responsible to their own peoples, not the country that can lend out the most worthless paper currency.

I'm disturbed by how readily this board is jumping on the Newt bandwagon. He is about as establishment republican as it gets, more so than Romney. You can't battle the establishment by voting for Newt, Romney, or Perry. Any of the other candidates are actually anti-establishment.

This is so true, yet we hear little during debates about strangulation of small business by disgustingly intrusive federal regulations. Small business = jobs.
