Look, politicians on both sides of the aisle are guilty of big government and a spending problem since the days of TR and WW. To remain relevant Republicans have violated their platform. We have a massive debt and a dependency problem that won't go away just because libertarians wag their fingers. The Dem's have control of the schools, the media, and give away free stuff at the speed of summer lightning....the process of returning to our founders roots is a long and arduous process that will take years...if it ever happens. You have an electorate who doesn't know who the founders were!
