With the economy on the anemic side, it might be time to increase visas for highly skilled workers and lower them substantially for low skilled workers. Instead of 900K immigrants per year, lower it to around 800K.

Very true. He should have stuck to building houses for poor people. That will never get you negative publicity, especially compared to his sticking his nose in foreign affairs decades after he left the Oval Office.
