Sadly, you'll be voting for Obama in that case.

I would rather have 4 more years of Obama neutered by a Repub House and Senate then 8 years of Romney and more wars. Besides, it gives us another shot in 2016 to have some real candidates for a change. If, the GOP gets their heads out their rears.

Absolutely right, Textor, IF Johnson is allowed to stay on state ballots. In my state of Pa, the authoritarian Repubs are trying to get Johnson thrown off the ballot despite the fact that he had way more than enough petition signatures to qualify. If this happened in Russia, our masters in DC would feign outrage.

In most cases, even if you think Romney is somehow better than Obama, voting for Gary Johnson does NOT give the election to Obama. Here's why.

Unless you happen to live in one of about 10 battleground states, your vote is not going to matter, anyway. For example, if you live in California (which Obama is projected to win by 15 percentage points), it doesn't matter if you vote for Romney. So, why not do something PRACTICAL, for a change, and vote for Gary Johnson? Why not at least help lend credibility to a third party?

If Johnson could get, let's say, ten percent of the vote in CA, that goes a long ways towards getting a viable third option going in this country.

The same goes for about 40 other states.

Lesoc -- when will you idiots figure out that a vote for a 3rd party is NOT a vote for Obama. It is a vote for freedom.

A vote for Romney or Obama is a vote for socialism and slavery.

Whittaker Chambers said that "the great failing of American conservatives is they do not retrieve their wounded."

He had it right, as Todd Akin can testify.

In an interview that aired last Sunday, Akin, the Republican candidate for Senate in Missouri, was asked whether he opposed abortions for women who had been raped. Akin's reply:

"From what I understand from doctors, that's really rare. ... If it's a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down ... .

"But let's assume that maybe that didn't work or...
