I have been fighting this battle all week, trying to explain to people, both liberals and my fellow conservatives, how this was a great decision from the Supreme Court. Not only does it re-establish the idea that all decisions of the SC should be judged, not on precedent, but on whether that idea is Constitutional, but it also goes in the direction that the Founding Fathers meant for this country to go in: default to freedom. It doesn't matter if you think that a corporation has rights, or that they are not a person, or even if you argue that they don't pay taxes (the consumer does), so they have no legal protection under the law. What matters is that any government that is able to wiggle its toe into the door and restrict free speech...

Do you want to know why global warming ranked 21st in the Pew study? Right wing zealotry? America watching Fox News? George Bush? Nope, maybe and nope. The only reason that global warming was ranked as 21st is that the Pew Research Study didn't include 22 items of interest. If so, it would have ranked #22.
