Your comment on clean coal burning is interesting. Is the cost to convert fluidized bed burners economically viable under current EPA mandates? If so, the EPA will simply increase the mandate in order to destroy its viability. The issue is political control by the progressive elite - they will attempt to destroy anything or anyone hampering their quest for raw power. the progressives are much like fundamentalist - convert to the "true" faith or die.
