First of all, the system is a whiteman made and controlled system. If Indians were actually compensated for land use and resources by the same standards of white landowners, their wealth would equal that of the those other tribes in the Middle East and then we would see conservatives like Bush and Horowitz kissing and holding "Tonto's" hands instead of the princes of the Arab world. The mismanagement and corruption in the defense department over the last ten years goes well into the "hundreds" of billions and I don't see any investigations or oversight into challenging those wealthy corporations that charged US taxpayers ridiculous amounts of money to let Bin Laden get away, much less find him, but everyone thinks natives get a free...
