Another European Triumph for Human Rights (Hack, Cough)

...I do get fed up of this rubbishing of other nations. It appears the way you yanks make yourself feel good. Which is really odd, considering if I said to you that someone spent their time criticising others, you would rightly say the person being rude, negative and criticising is the one with the problem.....think about it. You have people dying because they cannot afford healthcare in your country, you have gun bloodbaths as you love your weapons. Put your own house in order first.

No, the law is that hospitals MUST TREAT patients, without regard for payment. And you can set up payments after the fact. So no one is "dying" because they can't afford healthcare.

And statistics show that those areas with tighter gun restrictions have more gun violence than those areas which allow gun possession and carriage.

That's just the icing on the cake. Look at the laws about stopping a thief in your home and how they can sue YOU for damages and you may go to jail for defending yourself and your property charged with Assault.
The Height of STUPIDITY in Laws.

Hey jerk off, take a look at MANY of your idiotic laws before you point anywhere else; Europe and the UK set the high mark for stupidity for laws.
Stay there, we don't want nor need you and good luck on healthcare when you get old and it gets costly.

Crappy government healthcare, waiting lists for hospital beds, poor hospital services, high infection rates and an over bearing government that punishes people for defending themselves from thieves and crooks. Those from Europe have NO BUSINESS "rubbishing" the USA that has SAVED your sorry butts from the GERMANS TWICE at great cost to this country both in dollars and in people. NO ONE in this country goes without healthcare no matter what lies and exaggerations you have heard from our leftwing nutbaggers.

And now notice how none of these ridiculous laws requires the suppression of anothers rights. The point of the article is that the ruling made in this case forces another person to act in a certain way because someone else says it makes him feel bad to hear their comments. That is the essence of stupid, let me force someone else to do something because while what they are doing does not cause any harm, I dont like it.

Rudeness and stupidity comes in all nationalities, and it's not like you Brits don't have whole shows dedicated to mocking Americans. Get off your high horse. And by the way you think Europe is free from stupid laws?

"The fly-over or landing or takeoff, on public property, of a flying saucer, of whatever nationality, is prohibited." (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, France)

In Denmark one may not be charged for food at an inn unless that person, by his or her own opinion, is “full”.

In Scotland, it is illegal to be a drunk while in possession of a cow.

In Switzerland, a man may not relieve himself while standing up, after 10 PM.

In Sweden, while prostitution is legal, it is illegal to use the services of a prostitute.

Lets see some of your Laws and Rights shall we.

Aell in Alabama it is illegal to have an ice cream cone in your back pocket, in Texas It is illegal to take more than three sips of beer at a time while standing, in Minnesota It is illegal to stand around any building without a good reason to be there, in Pennsylvania Fireworks stores may not sell fireworks to Pennsylvania residents...need I go on?

Centuries from now, I’m sure historians won’t bother teaching about the Magna Carta, the Constitution, the end of slavery, or the collapse of communism.

Instead, people who want to know about human rights will learn about these great European developments.
