The Angels Cried for Caroline

I was going to forward this article to my wife (who is at Mass now), and her sister. But based on all the hateful comments which would distress them, I will just tell them the sad story instead. May Caroline rest in peace in the arms of our Lord.
Concur. Especially about Romney leading us out of this mess!

Letting Detroit Off Easy

I was born in Hamtramck, lived in Detroit, and my father was a policeman at the 11th (Davison) precinct. I got the hell out in 1972--preferring the coast of Vietnam to the streets of Detroit. And back then, the city was genteel by comparison--even the riots seemed less violent than what it is now. Went back a few years ago for a conference at the Ren Cen. What a tragedy. I still love the Tigers though.
Thanks DevilDog. I did not know there was a difference. Good info!

Marc, I think he was elected fair and square the first time, but stole the second one.
Okay--we get your point. Your repetitive post is as offensive as the ones that state they got $87/hour working at home and got a new Lexus too. Give it a rest!
Tragically, they still vote after they've gone to the big entitlement state in the sky!
Inspirational story. Thanks.
