Obama's Tax Evaders of the Year

Malkin misunderstands her subject. Obama called for higher taxes on wealthy INDIVIDUALS. Almost all of Malkin's examples are about CORPORATIONS. Small wonder that Malkin doesn't understand the difference, since republican talking points for years have conflated the terms "wealthy individual" and "small business."

What -- you don't think that the CEOs and founders that Malkin named here profited from these tax evasive moves?? I guarantee you two things -- 1) they most certainly did profit, and, 2) you'd better wake up and learn real economics, not what you're being spoon-fed by the left.

The Supreme Court decided that Corporations are Individuals in the eyes of the Government and Legal System (hence the title CORPoration). Therefore, under the eyes of the law and Government, there are no Corporations, only individuals. So there is no Facebook Corporation, only an individual named Facebook. Anyone can be a corporation - just file the appropriate paperwork. If that's all it takes to avoid the tax hikes now in effect, I'm starting - that's right - a Corporation that provides a one-stop shop for everybody to become a corporation. Finally, what about those in the entertainment industry which is specifically 'excused' by the 'Fiscal Cliff' legislation recently passed?

Go ahead and try to "justify" the b.s. whatever way you wish. You are only kidding yourself. Those of us see the truth. Why is it so hard to believe that the Democratic Party is just as corrupt as the anybody? Do you seriously tell yourself that THEY are above lying, criminal acts, etc.? Reality pill needed for some....

P.S. I am no longer for either party. Both are corrupt. Time for a new Independant Party. A Constitutional one. :o) Time for some house keeping.

President Obama will kick off the new year the same way that he kicked off the old year: by demanding that the wealthy pay their "fair share" in taxes. But while millions of small-business owners, struggling entrepreneurs, inventors and investors brace for a double whammy of fiscal cliff tax hikes and new Obamacare taxes, the class-warrior in chief's richest pals are getting a pass.

It's a Golden Pass for liberal millionaires and billionaires who support higher Obama taxes for everyone but themselves. Meet the Democratic tax evaders of the year.
