Who the hell cares what his title is! He will be remember for NOT enforcing the "catholic doctrine". He allowed the "catholic abortions" to continue to support and promote the murder of the unborn. HE IS NOT A HOLY ANYTHING! All this character had to do was to instruct ALL priest, bishops cardinals, etc that ANYONE openly and publicly supporting the murder of the unborn WOULD NOT be able to partcipate in communion. He is trash!
