If you look at the labor unions, and schools like the Industrial and Labor relations at Cornell, this is the line. This is taught and agreed upon by the educators who develop labor policies in this country. These opinions are mainstream. A number of Congress men and women have advocated for the nationalization of various industries.

Yes. However, this isn't nationalization or even communism they're talking about; it's a blithe assumption that corporations in our economic system as it is can operate without making any profits. It's the abject stupidity and cluelessness that's so jaw-droppingly amazing.

Corporations can operate without profits-----as long as they are 100% run by the Government. That's where all this is headed.

No business owner in their right mind would run a company just so they can give away their profits to lazy ba$t@rd$ who refuse to work.
The one who made that statement never worked a real job in their life or is stupid beyond repair, most likely both!

Very true, nothing the government runs makes a profit, always a loss!

Radio host and CEO of Euro Pacific Capital Peter Schiff went undercover at the DNC convention in Charlotte this week as an anti-corporation, anti-profit, anti-capitalist crusader and asked people if they believed in banning corporate profits. The answer was....yes.
