The Dangerous Linkage of Naïveté and Good Intentions

The real problem boils down to judges who must BY LAW sentence the little girls charged with this crime to whatever punishment that state carries for prostitution. Very few of them EVER consider other services first.....until judges and the public recognize these little girls as the victims that they are, nothing will change for them. I agree, police do need a way to bring them in..... can't we use runaway laws for this, since technically most of these little girls are runaways?
As far as them going back to pimps...... once these babies have been brainwashed by these leeches, it takes more than a kind judge and some rehabilitation to keep her from going back. He has programmed her to believe that he is mother-father-...
