Big deal. Rubio only votes against something when it won't change the outcome. Why couldn't he have moved to California and represented his TRUE constituents????

Not sure I understand the point of your post. Rubio seems to be doing a pretty good job representing Americans, black, white, Hispanic, Asian, whatever, in Florida and as a national figure. First, he is only one vote and he is public with it, and what is in California that is not in Florida, his home state. Just don't get it.
