Those states that are "against" Obamacare need to make it very simple for those that want to move to CA, NV, OR, WA, MN, OH, PA, HI, and a the few others if they want the exchanges and Medicaid expansion rolls. Those states want it all, let them have it all, including those that could work and do not want to.

If you're a "red person" trapped in a blue state do yourself a favor and get to a state where you'll be happier. Maybe even have financial assistance for those wishing to reposition themselves from blue to red states or pre-frontal lobotomies to help them cope with the stress of higher taxes. .
