Now would be a great time to stop being "The Stupid Party". Humbly recommend that GOP Congressmen wait until _after_ the next election before doing anything like this.
Every prospective candidate you're listing in this article is an Illegals-loving, "fiscal Conservative" type. "Invade the world, invite the world". If these are our choices again, I'm leaving the GOP. There is no point in being a Conservative in the GOP anymore, the "lesser of two evils" argument always gives you evil.

The GOP's Immigration Tussle

"What baffles me is why rank-and-file Democrats don't feel the same way." Democrats "feel" in lieu of thinking. You expect them to know the real consequences of the things they scream about? Going to the real sources doesn't provide the feelings they crave. When one of them begins doing that, it means they're very likely going to turn into a Conservative.

In my experience, making them speak English just helps communicate their insults better. The problem is tribe, not language.
Any so-called Republican who thinks of himself as a "Socially Liberal Fiscal Conservative" is, frankly, beneath contempt. Such people will get neither their civilized version of liberalism, nor their fiscal conservatism. You and Colin Powell and Geraldo Rivera and the rest of you *liberal anti-american frauds* desirous for Republican respectability need to take a walk.

Time to Grow Up, GOP

The endless quest by "Moderates" and insiders to get Conservatives to SHUT UP and elect people like Goldberg. You killed off your own electorate through illegal immigration and the politics of people like Bush II. If you think the survivors of that are going to give up what they believe to benefit the careers of GOP professionals, you can forget it.

The Republican Hispanic Challenge

So long as the primary demand of hispanic politics is regarding "Immigration Reform". That is, allowing no limitation on migration in the US from Latin America and amnestying all Illegals, then there is no meeting of the minds possible and no real possibility of "outreach". It's always been a stone-cold race war against the Americans for these people. We understood that for over 150 years and keep a close rein on border traffic. The moment we stopped, they came. And it won't end voluntarily on their part, not until the US is another Latin American country and whites are a powerless minority. This is your future if we keep on with this BS, and you all know it. So don't bother talking this surrender, outreach pro-amnesty crp.
More "immigrants" means more Democrats. It is pure insanity. That are not natural Republicans, and they are not social Conservatives. You mistake the condition that poverty in Mexico forces into with Conservatism. The availability of goodies changes everything. This is perfectly dumb, in fact. Why are you writing on a Conservative website?

GOP Folly

Everything is racial. If you think otherwise you are diddling yourself.
Never were we more screwed than in 2008, with a choice between disastrous RINO McCain and disastrous Democrat Obama.
