Abraham received 2 covenant; 1. The "Promised Seed", the Son who would be heir and lead to the Messiah Yeshua. 2. The "Promised Land", the land of Canaan would be given to Israel the 12 sons of Jacob. Judah is only one of the 12 tribes of Israel. The Messiah and King was descended from the tribe of Judah (Jews) and called Son of David. The northern tribes of Israel separated from Judah after Solomon's reign (1 Kings 11:26-38). The 10 tribes of northern Israel greatly sin and were enslaved by Assyria (2 Kings 15:27-29; 17:24). After years of captivity the 10 tribes of Israel escaped Assyria and traveled north of the Black Sea, migrated through Central Europe and settled on the British Isles. The word British is Hebrew for "Covenant man". for more info; please visit Lost_Tribes_Israel

No the context of scripture is clear, the covenant was between God and Avraham, it was "1" covenant with multiple "terms" Note Beresheit 12 Genesis 12:1-3 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: (2) And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: (3) And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. This began the Promises God spoke to Avraham all based on a Promise heir. Genesis 15:7-21 And he said unto him, I am the LORD that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it. (8) And he said, Lord GOD, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it? (9) And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. (10) And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not. (11) And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away. (12) And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him. (13) And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; (14) And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance. (15) And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age. (16) But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full. (17) And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces. (18) In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: (19) The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, (20) And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims, (21) And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.
The Promised Seed ultimately pointing to Yeshua and the Land, as a people,

and a Nation was "all" part and partial of the One Covenant. You can not separate these promises given to Avraham, and performed by God, claiming one an be fulfilled and another can be rejected. And with regards to "British Israel-ism," there are no "Lost Tribes" Every descendant of Israel God knows who they are where they live and will fulfill His Prophecy in Isaiah by bring them all back to the land of Israel at the "Appointed Time." Does this mean there are not "Goyim" living as one from another nation like Britain or France who are in actuality descendants from the Tribes dispersed. Yes they can be. does that make the nation they occupy "Israel" no it does not. God will call all the descendants of Israel back in the last days, and in addition to them all those who have joined themselves to Messiah Yeshua will be grafted in as Romans 9 -11 declared and defines.
