Dear Mr. Greenberg Q remembering Messiah Yeshua saying, “if you love me you will keep my commandments.” Messiah Yeshua is Lord of the Sabbath. He rose from the dead on the Sabbath and Mary went to the tomb just after sunset and found it empty. It is sad that people who pretend to love their Savior pervert Scripture, promote lying and reject his commandments. This love is only emotionalism then maybe you have never received the Spirit of truth.essiah called everyone to repent, and be baptized for the forgiveness of your sins and receive the gift of His Holy Spirit. The Jewish people celebrate the Sader on the evening after the passover lamb is sacrificed . They do not keep Passover on the eve that Moses was commanded to teach and just as Yeshua kept Passover remembrance with His disciples. Also; in the year of Yeshua's death: Passover began on a Tuesday evening when Yeshua shared the supper with His disciples. Then Yeshua prayed all night and in the morning on Wednesday He was tried and crucified and entombed just before sunset at the eve of Thursday. Thursday was the first day of Unleavened Bread a High Holy Sabbath;

the Jews keep Sader on the eve of the first day of Unleavened Bread. The next day; Friday the women prepared some burial ointment before the weekly Sabbath. Yeshua rose from the dead on the Sabbath; just before sunset to fulfill the Three days and Three nights promise of Jonah ; to Rise again to Life. Yeshua is Lord of the Sabbath! some people believe that Yeshua rose from the dead early on Sunday morning. But if you examine the Gospel of John; you would find that Mary Magdalene [ early on the first day of the week , while it was dark ] went to the tomb just after Sabbath sunset and she found the tomb already empty ; because Yeshua had already risen on the Sabbath ; which is the Lord's Day, because he is the Lord of the Sabbath. Some people believe he died on a Friday; but the correct reading of Scripture shows he died on a Wednesday just before the beginning of the first day of unleavened bread [ on thursday ] which is a high Sabbath. Then on Friday [the preparation day] the women purchased anointing oils but had no time to go to the tomb because the weekly Sabbath

Mary Magdalene was all alone when she first approached the empty tomb; then she went to Peter and John; and they followed her back to the tomb; at that point they all believed that his body had been stolen. So Peter and John left Mary at the tomb weeping in the dark; she could not recognize Yeshua when he approached her in the dark . So when he spoke ; she knew it was him. Mary returned to tell Peter and John but they would not believe. Mary went to the other women but they did not believe either. By Sunday morning Mary and the women approached the tomb and a angel corrected them for their unbelief [ why do you seek the living among the dead]

The Sabbath has always represented the promise of the restoration of the Sabbath rest and the GOOD NEWS of the Kingdom of the Heavenly Father and Yeshua coming to earth for all mankind. Most of Christianity does not understand true salvation and excuses sin which is lawlessness. Cheap Grace should make you sad and godly sorrow may lead you to repentance. The apostle John said, “the law is not a burden.”But the suffering that sin causes is a burden. The power of Yeshua's Spirit in believers will bring every thought captive to obey our Savior. So; Repent and be Baptised for the forgiveness ( cleansing) of your sins and Receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit for the Renewing of your Mind.

The hope of the resurrection will occur at the return of the Messiah when he establishes his Heavenly Father's kingdom on earth. For it is written, “the law shall go out from Zion.” The righteous saints will be teachers in the kingdom and health everyone to learn the way of salvation so that all will come to know the True Love and Salvation of the Heavenly Father and his Perfect Son.

A 3rd point must be defined; what is Faith. Yeshua said, “live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Eternal.” Faith is the process of growing in our understanding and discerning the difference between good and evil. And learning to do the will of our Heavenly Father. The Father's will is that we become like his Son. Also, Faith is the assurance of what we hope for. True Salvation is the hope of the resurrection of the Righteous who have overcome sin and Satan's evil spiritual influence by the power of the Spirit of the Messiah in true believers.
