So why are we still there? Why didn't Obama bring them all home when he had control of both houses?

Why are we still in Afghanistan and giving our troops ridiculous rules of engagement?

Why did he get us involved in Libya without any congressional approval. Plus he did such a wonderful job taking care of our ambassador and those that tried to help him.
