We will never resolve the abortion issue as long as there are those who deny and mock God by claiming that a newly conceived baby "is not human," and that abortion is about "reproductive rights." Everyone above the age of 8 has been taught that every seed, no matter what it is from, when planted and watered/nurtured will go on to produce that which it is produced by. A tomato seed WILL become a tomato, so how on earth can they justify thinking or saying that a humanman (egg) once fertilized and planted can possibly not be human at that point or at any future point?

Oh lady Wolverine, you are so wrong. The human womb is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you’ll get. It could be a baby, a dog, a cat, a turnip, a rock; heck, there could be anything in there!

Of course you're right Chi, I mean look at the box of rocks that came from Ann Stanley's womb in 1961. And I apologize to rocks for the insult, you're definitely smarter than that POS.

The left, in their assumed "superior knowledge" over us "neanderthals" loves to say that by arguing against ANY of their pet causes are "denying science," yet every time they argue that a fetus is not human when SCIENCE has repeatedly proven that it is.

Are they, themselves not denying science??

Not in their minds. Everything is pure and right in what they think, from global warming to life. We just aren't nuanced enough to see the light. Liberals are always conniving ways to gain more control over our lives, and they have a willing press to help them along.

when the latin word fetus means new offspring. makes you wonder where these people were educated. Public school.

On this fortieth anniversary, let's pray: For the more than 55,000,000 lives that have been snuffed out by abortion, for the women (and men) who have suffered emotional or psychological trauma as a result of abortion, for those who heal and comfort them, for those who help women choose life, and even for those who think that having a "right" to end the lives of unborn children is something to celebrate.

There are circumstances where abortion may be a sad necessity or justifiable (life of the mother, rape, incest).  But it's hard to see how anyone can feel...
