Someone had the idea of a daily cartoon of Mohammed published in western newspapers. Could the nuts keep up the faux outrage on a daily basis for years on end? Would the people in the middle east get tired of daily rioting?

I don't know whether they'd get tired of rioting, but eventually they'd kill one another off with all the rampaging and burning and randomly firing AK-47s and so on. Let 'em.
