There are more poor, uneducated and simply stupid voters than middle class intelligent and educated ones. Even if they go to school, many do not, they never learn anything and remain illiterate and stupid till they die. When they are told by the demagogues that the rich should pay more taxes they swallow the bait along with the hook, the sink and everything else. They are so stupid they vote for the demagogues who use them only to get elected and become rich.

We are talking about the poor southerners who vote Republican, right? The more intelligent a population, e.g., cities, university hubs, the more Liberal/ Democrat voters.

That is pure bovine excrement. Liberals are the stupidest people on the planet, as evidenced by the failure of every single one of their ideas, policies, proposals, and legislation.

The perfect evidence of Democrat ignorance is the overwhelming support of Obama in the inner-city welfare-consuming regions, among people who, surveys show repeatedly, often cannot even recall the name of the sitting vice-president. You mean those educated, intelligent urban city dwellers? The folks who care more about their free Obamaphones than the country's health and vote as a massive bloc, doing as their local leaders tell them? The areas that voted 100% for Obama and coincidentally have the highest chronic welfare consumption?

Working people i.e; including Southerners and non-welfare collectors) tend to vote Republican, because they must deal with the harsh realities of working and paying taxes, not collecting welfare benefits.

You confuse smarts with ability to think. A smart person may have degree ( although majority of Liberals have degrees in such BS as 'Arts') , be good with trivia, and have 0 common sense.

Marx, Engel, Lenin, etc.. were greatly educated "intellectuals" without any ability to see the world as it is.

I would take a "Stupid" person with a common sense over brilliant one without any ability to acknowledge the world as it is, a genius ( to borrow a cliche) who can't tie their own shoes.

How intelligent is it to keep voting for exponential increases in deficits and welfare spending that will destroy the American economy a la' BHO within the next 24-36 months absent a virtual miracle? Yeah, Wellread, you and your ilk are frickin' geniuses. I know know American universities like the back of my hand and there are more ignorant beings per square foot in the hallowed halls than anywhere in America.

there's "book smart",and practical-smart.
Colleges turn out mostly "book-smart",especially in the social "studies" fields.

Education has been infiltrated by the "progressives" and they use it for indoctrination in socialism, teaching their students a lot of garbage.

IS that why these centers of intelligence have the highest murder rates and are the biggest bankrupts?
If everyone in America had read Stephen Moore's new book, "Who's The Fairest of Them All?", Barack Obama would have lost the election in a landslide.

The point here is not to say, "Where was Stephen Moore when we needed him?" A more apt question might be, "Where was the whole economics profession when we needed them?" Where were the media? For that matter, where were the Republicans?

Since "Who's The Fairest of Them All?" was published in October, there was little chance that it would affect this year's election. But this little gem of a book exposes,...
