My statistics professor in college was fond of saying you can do, say or prove anything with statistics--and then proceeded to show us how to "massage the figures" so we could make any sort of claim--even one as preposterous as that of Obama. Rush Limbaugh predicted this a year or so ago, that just before the election the unemployment rate would be just below 8 percent. Looked at another way, it took this jug-eared empty suit NEARLY FOUR YEARS to move the unemployment rate to where it was when he took office. A miracle. Yeah, right.

Magically and providentially, Obama has enjoyed the largest one-month drop in unemployment since he got elected thanks to the greatest single month of job creation since 1983- all just weeks before ballots hit for his reelection bid.

“The U.S. unemployment rate dropped below 8 percent for the first time since the month President Barack Obama took office,” reports the Associated Press “a surprising lift for both the economy and his re-election hopes in the final weeks of the campaign.”

Yeah; we’re all REAL surprised by this.
