OK, so to get that 7.8% number, they DROPPED all the unemployed whose benefits have run out and COUNTED all the people with any kind of part-time job. An electrical engineer who made $90K + is now mowing lawns for $7.50 an hour... he's not unemployed... he just changed his career.
