This doesn't even make sense. History shows which party is the more responsible when it comes to handling money. Democrats propose programs with no idea how to pay for them other than raise taxes. They have surpluses when there are Republicans in charge. As for the GOP's "wheezing brand," it will continue to be such with Reince Priebus in charge.
