Hillary Clinton is as much an embarrassment to the world scene as her husband was. She had no resume to be named SoS; she got the job because Obama wanted her out of the country most of the time. She has done nothing but snap at people whose questions were poorly translated (the student who got the snark reply about "not channeling my husband") and stand around while officials are stranded and left to die while she parks her ample bottom in a chair and watches with the rest of the "team."

HILLARY CLINTON STEPPED DOWN after four years as secretary of state amid swathes of flattery excessive even by Washington's sycophantic standards.
