The gun control nuts cannot imagine that graft, corruption and evil can exist inside government as well as outside of it. If this is the kind of carnage that one untrained nutcase can do with a couple of small arms, just imagine what a coordinated government could do with their resources. These people never think of that. To top it off, this action would easily be considered deranged by any rational human, so what does that make the murder of twice as many unborn innocents daily for dozens of years? When abortion stops and the leftist media is adequately muzzled then we can consider gun control. Perhaps when Christ comes back.

What are you talking about - condemn kids to death ?

And there are consequences when too many people "rely" on government. Actually they just expect government to care for them. Kids are always used as an excuse. I mean you have to be honest.

They are evn making excuses for criminal behavior - I see it in the schools - giving kids essay questions - where they say - take a stand - a man robbed a store to feed his family - was he wrong???

I tell those kids - YES ! He was wrong - but you liberals excuse it cause he was feeding his family. You guys created a mess.

Who ultimately would pay for that health care? Hint it wouldn't be the hospitals. Ultimately the citizens of Missouri would through higher health care bills passed on to them. Another thing you libs never learn is TANSTAAFL.

Wow, Q, I never thought of that...

Except its fundamentally untrue because it was going to be picked up by the private hospitals association as part of a big package deal.

Why do you assume you know more than this simply because you're a conservative. That's the problem. I'm talking about something about which I have first hand knowledge and you still think you know more about it. Only a conservative could be that arrogant. Unbelievable.

As the mother of five-year-old twins in a small town not too far from New York city, yesterday's events in Newtown hit close to home -- literally and figuratively.  It's hard to imagine the depths of shock, sorrow and anguish rippling throughout our community in the wake of yesterday's hideous crime.

It is a terrible, terrible thing to be reminded, once again, of how powerful, how senseless and how ugly the face of evil can seem.  It is terrible even to have to acknowledge that such evil exists in the world.  But it does, and there's no use in...
