And if they were really concerned about the children they would be blasting schools for removing the PT mandate.
No prob. If your gonna stand for something them don't throw out statements that can't be backed by fact. And no I am not for Romney. I'm against Obama and what our Senate and House have allowed the Court and President to do for 80 years. That would be both parties
Okay and her repeating it over and over doesn't make it anymore Constitutional. It would bt nice to quit taking handouts. Can we also please keep our money too?
And him repeating it over and over doesn't make it any more Constittutional
The Federal govt has no Constitutional authority to tell a school what to feed their children. The state is reserved that authority if it chooses to do so. If the government can't stop abortion due to privacy then why can I not allow my wife to sell her body for cash? Why can I not smoke pot? Neither of those things are infringing upon anyone elses rights. It can be argued that abortion infringes on another humans right to live but thats not the point

Show me in the Constitution where the Federal government can set up schools and school lunch programs
I don't know why this is so hard. I want children to be fed and housed and clothed. ITS NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS JOB TO DO SO. If the state you are living in wants to do those things then go right ahead.
http://www.examiner.com/article/school-refuses-to-allow-preschooler-to-eat-non-nutritious-lunch-from-home So now we are full of hate because we want the Federal govt to follow the Constitution. Let me guess. When that doesn't work we will be labeled racists or maybe zionists trying to keep the poor down and take all the money for Israel.
Exactly.....The Federal Govt has no business in education or feeding the schools. The Govt can suggest all they want but they have no Constitutional authority to demand
