Bush said that we would be treated like liberators by the people of Iraq. How did that turn out? You do know that it was Bush's idea to fight both of these wars.

Ya missed my point, Kush. The media is all but ignoring the body count under Obama. They are just as dead and their families are just as distraught under Obama. And, how many stories are you hearing about individual families that are truly hurting because of Obama's economic policies? Oh wait, excuse me. It's all the fault of Bush. As Madeline Albright said recently, Bush will get the blame "forever." She wasn't kidding.

Mitt Romney was criticized across the aisle for not specifically mentioning the war in Afghanistan during his acceptance speech at the RNC. He did, however, mention the the military in more general terms:

"His trillion dollar cuts to our military will eliminate hundreds of thousands of jobs, and also put our security at greater risk. ... Everywhere I go, there are monuments ... for those who have given their lives for America. There is no mention of their race, their party affiliation, or what they did for a living.
