As a military retiree, 100% combat-related disabled vet, let me tell you that you made a bet and so far you've been lucky. You or your wife could not sue them if they killed you, and you put yourself in jeopardy by accepting service from the VA, notorious for MRSA, substandard medical practices, and much more. I will not use the VA for any medical service, I go once a year.

Any day now, the U.S. Supreme will rule on whether the Obamacare insurance mandate is constitutional. Seems like a no-brainer to me. How can forcing me to engage in commerce be constitutional?
