If one can say about any politician Paul Ryan strikes me as some one that can be trusted. If they have a willing congress and senate I believe the country will be able to move forward. If Obama's term has been a failure, that rules him out already. However, I fear that in terms of its actual objectives, it's not a failure but a partial success.
