First, your insurance company cannot deny care only payment, unlike the government which can and will deny both. Second, our current health insurance system is inverted. We insure against ordinary costs while determinedly ignoring the possibility of catastrophic, life threatening injury and illness until we are faced with it and lack adaquate insurance.

Any day now, the U.S. Supreme will rule on whether the Obamacare insurance mandate is constitutional. Seems like a no-brainer to me. How can forcing me to engage in commerce be constitutional?
