Show me a 20-something who would buy insurance instead of the latest game or ipad or Jimmy Choo's or whatever, and I'll show you a freakish anomoly. Luckily, someone else figured out how to buy that insurance for them. Bonus! When it comes right down to it, that 50 million figure can be broken down into those who can't, and those who can but won't, buy insurance. The former being a ridiculously smaller percentage and little justification for radically changing a free market enterprise.
