Gaydar is 60% accurate? Since only at most 10% of the population is gay you be 90% accurate just by guessing that they were hetero.

3% of humanity regardless of race is homosexual. This includes 1% that is bisexual. In all nations such is the case. This includes rugged American Indians. Nowhere on earth when carefully researched has this percentage been outside of statistical error. The exceptions are noted clusters such as San Francisco (30% homosexual) due to those from elsewhere moving there.
Senator Tom Coburn released the Wastebook 2012 today detailing the 100 most egregious wastes of taxpayer money. The two hundred page report details waste in all manner of federal spending - from multi-billion dollar programs all the way down to a $300 grant to a small-town library for a Star Wars-themed event.
